Job description for ACCOUNTING ADMIN at PT Tradecorp Indonesia
- Manage and oversee the daily operation of acconting activites
- Daily journal entry and accounting reconciliation
- Preparing & Checking the Journal, general ledger, Inventory Control, Cash Control, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balace Sheet
- Monitoring and controlling Account Payable aging schedule and payment report
- Monitoring and Controlling Account Receivable aging schedule and payment report
- Make sure monthly closing reports are timely
- Always update in Indonesia tax regulation
- Preparing Budget Reports
- Checking and controlling all transaction and make sure the transaction is under regulation
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent administration skill and hard worker
- Computer literate and experience in using accounting system
- Understanding about P&L / Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Indonesia Tax regulation
- Possess strong analytical thinking and detail oriented, good interpersonal skil and good team player
- Good interpersonal skill, good commitment, honest and able work as a team
- Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
- Good Communication in English both oral and written
- Willing to work under pressure, deliver result and meet tight deadlines
- Smart, fast learner
