WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE
- Process bank payments for suppliers, employees, and other expenses.
- Check invoices, payment requests, and related documents.
- Reconcile bank transactions and accounting records.
- Update payment data in the accounting system.
- Support monthly closing and payment reports.
- Handle other accounting tasks assigned by manager.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting/payment roles is preferred.
- Good understanding of banking transactions and accounting principles.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Good Excel and accounting software skills.
- Be honest, careful, meticulous, and have a high sense of responsibility.
