Job description for Accountant Intern at Hello Health Company Limited
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will support the Finance team in the following areas:
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
- Support account reconciliation, including bank accounts and general ledger
- Assist Accounts Payable tasks such as checking invoices, preparing payment documents and filing
- Assist Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and payment tracking
- Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits
- Support daily finance operations and month-end closing activities
Who do we want?
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Does not necessarily have prior experience in all the responsibilities listed above, but is willing and able to self-learn
- Has a proactive attitude, curiosity and strong learning ability
- Is able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Is detail-oriented, responsible and committed to completing assigned tasks
- Fluency in English (written and verbal), as you will work with a regional team.
- Is able to start work immediately
- Can work fulltime, onsite
