I/ Key Responsibilities:
- Client management: build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
- Project management: coordinating with related department: Creative, Field Operation, Procurement, technology & data team to prepare proposal, quotation to bid and deploy projects from clients to ensure service excellence.
- Develop new business: approach and build new clients.
- Responsible for billing/revenue target.
- Team management: Involving in recruitment, training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating team members.
II/ Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Event, ATL/BTL marketing agency or marketing of FMCG companies.
- Excellent client service skill and business development.
- Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail.
- Good Project management skill.
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Independence and initiative.
- A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English.
