- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as an account managerin a creative or digital agency.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of social media platforms, including, but not limited to Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Understanding Instagram Ads , Facebook ads , tiktok ads , google ads and youtube ads.
- Tech-savvy and has a good understanding of digital/ data analytics.
- Have good interpersonal skill, communication and excellent presentation skill.
- Experience managing high-level client relationships.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Orientation to details.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Be the primary point of contact for clients and develop long-term relationships.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting parallel ongoing deadlines.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure excellent communication and delivery.
- Delivering accountability and reporting both internally and to clients across all aspects of the integrated campaign or activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities.
