Bring Ideas to Life
Be the bridge between clients and internal teams by understanding business objectives, identifying project needs, and transforming them into impactful event solutions that deliver memorable experiences.
Lead Project Execution
Take ownership of project planning from kickoff to completion. Develop timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure every milestone is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Manage Budgets Effectively
Prepare and oversee project budgets, balancing creative ambitions with cost efficiency while ensuring profitability and financial transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Build Strong Client & Partner Relationships
Develop trusted partnerships with clients by providing strategic consultation and exceptional service. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers, negotiate effectively, and maintain a reliable partner network.
Empower the Team
Coordinate team resources, delegate responsibilities, and foster collaboration to ensure projects run smoothly and team members perform at their best.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or Project Management, preferably within an Event Agency.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-driven.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours when project schedules require.
