Minimum Qualifications and Experience
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / IT Field
2. Minimum 2+ years experience as Account Manager
3. Excellent Communication skills
4. Target oriented and able to work under deadline
5. Have a knowledge to 3Dolphins Product included Chatbot, Omni Channel, and Whatsapp Broadcast
6. Set target and strategy of salesTo deliver high quality services to the Clients
7. Building relation with all client and prospective clients
8. Follow up and monitoring clients need fulfilment
1. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
2. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
5. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
6. Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
7. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
8. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
9. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment
