Job description for Account Manager (Recruitment) at Hacktiv8
- Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Liaising with other internal departments according to clients' requirements/needs
- Educating potential clients and or existing clients on the value of our products and services
- Developing meaningful and valuable client experience journey to create a great first impression
- Revisiting existing clients, develop and maintaining long-lasting good and trusted relationships (active engagement) with the clients
- Liaising with clients in order to identify and understand Hiring Partner’s satisfaction and needs, which may open up new opportunities for cooperation
- Provide sales report or tracking sheet on account status
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, Business Management, Marketing, Public relations, or other related major
- 1-2 years experience in a related area (preferable from talent hunting industry/headhunting firm)
- Follow-ups and Familiar with CRM tools
- Have Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Target oriented and Negotiation skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
