1.Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for our ecommerce platform's marketing add-ons. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables are met. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop compelling campaign content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia elements. Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.
• Data Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics and gather insights to assess campaign effectiveness. Use data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their campaign objectives, provide guidance on campaign strategies, and gather feedback. Ensure clients are kept informed about campaign progress and results.
• Project Management: Organize and manage campaign tasks, timelines, and resources effectively. Ensure all campaign components are executed on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Review and test campaign content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and functionality across various platforms and devices.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging marketing technologies. Apply this knowledge to refine campaign strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

2.Qualifications:

• Marketing Agency Background: Substantial experience working in or with marketing agencies is essential.
• Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and other online marketing channels.
• Ecommerce Understanding: Basic knowledge of ecommerce operations and the challenges faced by online businesses. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free campaign materials.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas concisely and clearly.
• Project Management: Basic project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity: Ability to contribute creative ideas for campaign content and strategies that resonate with the target audience.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
• English: reading, writing.

3.Compensation:

• Competitive compensation package including a base salary and commission structure. Commission is earned upon successfully closing deals. Compensation will be discussed further during the interview process.
