Job description for SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES MANAGER at PT Didanataneca Teknologi Indonesia
- Do the day by day business development related tasks, starting from lead/business generation, directly involve in day to day sales cycle until invoicing.
- Do the day by day customer education/influencing, follow up until become projected / budgeted by customer.
- Manage relationship with all stakeholder in the accounts and able to negotiate with them in a proper manner.
- A talented person who plays a critical role, not only in sales and marketing, but also represent the company for business areas.
- A mature person with a positive character who is eager to develop him/herself. Critical thinking, curiosity, autonomy, self-drive and intellectual humility are just some of the 'must have' attitudes we seek for in our candidates
- Knowledgeable about recent IT (Information technology) solution related industry trends based on various technology, such as Saas, PaaS, OPaaS, EDA, ML/AI, Digital Transformation, IOT, Connectivity & Infrastructure, Devices and many more.
- Knowledgeable about software solutioning for various vertical industry, such as Smart Solution (Smart Building, Smart City, Smart Village, Smart Manufacturing, etc.), Digital Payment, Human IOT Interaction, Digitalization & Infrastructure Automation and Connectivity relates solution.
- Male/Female, between 25-35 years old
- Min S1 degree from a reputable university
- Have an experience in business development, software sales, IT services sales for retail sector, financial sector, online company or telco is a plus, extensive knowledge and literate in IT solution and IT services businesses.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in sales/marketing, managing key accounts and special projects. Preferably having experience specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills, good presentation and Negotiation skill
- Target oriented, highly self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision, computer literate is a must
- Have experience within doing full sales process, ability to establish strong client relationships and meet client needs
- Analytical skills – analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
- Aggressive, dynamic, honest, initiative and self-motivated
- Willing to travel around Indonesia, work hard and under pressure
- Able to deliver presentation in an attractive way and to manage account and job priority.
- Able to work base on target and excellence in communication and interpersonal skill
- Very good at Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point )
- Good command in English both oral and written.
