Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing clients.
-Working closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal
-Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary.
-Continually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap
-Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails, quotations, invoices, and weekly report
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree from any major
Min 1-2 years of experience as Business Development/ Aftersales in SaaS/Tech company
-Familiar with CRM tools is a plus
-Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
-Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
-Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
-Able to multitask & good time management
-Fluent in verbal and written English
-Continuously updated with current business trends
-Target and incentive oriented
