1. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinated daily project activities, tracked timelines, and monitored task progress to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Followed up with internal teams to ensure project tasks were completed according to schedule.
• Supported client communication, handled requests, and provided project updates under the supervision of the Account Executive/Manager.
• Prepared meeting minutes and followed up on client feedback to facilitate project coordination.
2. Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:
• Fresh graduate/ the final year student in Communication, Marketing, or
Economics or have a passion for Marketing & Communication
• Good skill in using the MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Logical thinking and problem-solving
• “CAN DO” attitude
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure & with cross-functional teams.
• Result-oriented, patient, and hands-on working style
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture, attending events,
and engaging with the wider digital creative community
