Job Description:

The Account Executive will play a key role in managing projects and client relationships. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage proposal delivery, and ensure successful project execution. As a senior member of the Account Management team, you will also mentor junior team members, including interns, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively seek and acquire new clients to expand the agency’s portfolio, contributing to overall business growth.
  2. Commit to achieving performance KPIs and business targets set by management, with a strong focus on accountability and results.
  3. Manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring consistent communication and relationship development.
  4. Develop and execute proposals and project plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.
  5. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns.
  6. Lead project briefings and align internal stakeholders on campaign goals, expectations, and deliverables.
  7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to clients.
  8. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing challenges proactively and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account or project management, preferably within an agency setting.

Skills:

  1. Proven skills in project management.
  2. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  4. Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.

Attitude:

  1. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  2. Highly responsible and hard-working.
  3. A natural problem-solver with a strong can-do attitude.

Interview process

Vòng 1 – Phỏng vấn sơ bộ:

Ứng viên tham gia buổi phỏng vấn với Business Development Manager để đánh giá tổng quan về kinh nghiệm, định hướng nghề nghiệp và mức độ phù hợp với vị trí.

Vòng 2 – Kiểm tra kỹ năng:

Ứng viên thực hiện bài test đánh giá kỹ năng chuyên môn, nhằm kiểm tra năng lực thực tế và khả năng ứng dụng vào công việc.

Vòng 3 – Phỏng vấn cuối cùng:

Ứng viên vượt qua hai vòng đầu sẽ tham gia phỏng vấn với Managing Director để đánh giá tổng thể và đưa ra quyết định tuyển dụng cuối cùng.
