# ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT
**Pexple** is looking for an Account Executive who is ambitious to win the clients satisfaction.
**A. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:**
Based on the Account Manager’s assignment, the Account Executive is responsible to:
- Working directly with the customers (Proposing, quoting price on marketing strategies for clients, executing projects: briefing, co-ordinating with other departments, solving problems,…. )
- Developing relationships with recent, strategic customers and approaching potential customers.
- Measuring the effectiveness of communication channels and strategies to make appropriate adjustments.
- Researching and developing new marketing tools according to the market development trend.
**B. REQUIREMENTS:**
1. Qualification:
- At least 1-year experience in Account Management of Agency;
- Experience in the same position across advertising, marketing, digital,…
1. Skills:
- Good knowledge of Influencers/celebrities
- Having a flair for following new trends and contents to propose for clients
- Good interpersonal skills, communication in Vietnamese and English is a plus;
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good listening and teamwork skills
- Working long hours, especially under tight deadlines
