JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Project Coordination & Delivery (30%)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and in line with deadlines.
- Identify and escalate potential issues, propose solutions to the line manager, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and revise weekly and final project reports from suppliers, providing accurate updates on project progress to the line manager.
- Organize internal meetings and manage related paperwork/documentation.
2. Client & Vendor Management (40%)
- Work closely with suppliers/vendors to manage and execute tasks as required by the Account Manager.
- Ensure strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize, track, and prioritize client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in client and internal meetings, actively contributing to discussions and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Support in maintaining effective communication between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
3. General & Administrative Support (30%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete business-related tasks as assigned.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Manage and process project-related paperwork and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required.
