We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Supervisor to oversee and lead client accounts, ensuring exceptional service, innovative strategies, and successful project execution. As an Account Supervisor, you will be the key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing relationships, setting objectives, and driving results to achieve client satisfaction and business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships and understanding their goals and needs.
- Provide strategic counsel and deliver proactive solutions to address client challenges.
- Regularly communicate project updates, campaign performance, and actionable insights.
2. Account Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
- Develop and implement account strategies in collaboration with the internal team and aligned with client objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
3. Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and mentor account executives and other team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
4. Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with clients to identify goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Develop creative and innovative campaign ideas, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and recommend improvements.
5. Business Growth and Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts.
- Contribute to proposal development and pitches to secure new business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation for clients.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related role in an agency or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and communication strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
