Job description for Account Executive at GoSocial Indonesia

You're responsible for:

● Make an offer to the client's needs
● Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news
communications
● Build meaningful connections and encourage clients through
communications
● Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
● Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation,
coordinate promotions, and increase reach
● Direct report to Account Manager
● Able to communicate well with clients by providing a quick action plan
● Able to work according to the assigned job delegation
● Able to work well as an individual and with a team
● Can work according to the needs of multiple clients
● Can working under pressure with clients

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate/Fresh Graduate are welcome! 
Have good communication skills.
Have the ability to do analysis (both problem and needs analysis) client or analysis of appropriate product or service solutions for that client).
Having the ability to manage and understand every social media and tools.
Having the ability to think strategically.
Having sales analysis skills.
Having problem solving skills.
Service oriented.
Proficient in using Google Workspace, and similar tools.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Confident to speak and write in English.
Communicative, friendly and fast response.
Open minded.
Always willing to learn and fast to learn new things.
