Job description for Account Executive at TMP Consulting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Collaborate with team to address client’s needs
- Process and update client’s related data
- Manage the timeline and make sure the service are delivered on time and according to standard
- Conduct/inquiry client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Follow up and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
- Identify and manage opportunities to upsell and grow client’s existing services
- Bachelor's degree (a degree related to Finance Accounting is a plus)
- Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from reputable university
- Have min. 1 year experience in clients handling
- Excellent communication and relation building skills
- Excellent data management: organized, punctual, and accurate
- Experience in sales area is a plus: pitching, handling & convincing clients, closing/product selling, and dealing with rejection
- Excellent in Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good time management and multi-tasking skill
- Fast learner, proactive, and self-motivated
