Role Overview
We are looking for a Account Executive who is highly organized, proactive, and communication-driven to support our marketing and sales initiatives.
This role focuses on campaign execution, client communication, and marketing coordination — ensuring consistent outreach, strong brand presence, and high-quality lead engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Communications
* Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives including WhatsApp blasts, email campaigns, and newsletters
* Draft and distribute engaging marketing communications to clients and prospects
* Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns and promotions
* Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand positioning across all channels
Marketing Administration
* Organize marketing assets (photos, videos, client documentation)
* Update Google Drive, Notion, or internal systems with the latest materials
* Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, leads)
* Support weekly marketing reporting
Sales & Lead Support
* Handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone in professional English
* Maintain timely, proactive, and high-quality communication with potential clients
* Assist in CRM updates (Odoo or similar systems)
* Support preparation of proposals and marketing materials using templates
Coordination
* Liaise with operations team for event documentation (photos/videos)
* Coordinate with designers or external vendors when needed
* Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and activities
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing admin, digital marketing, or client communication
* Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Confident in handling client communications (chat, email, phone)
* Familiar with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and basic marketing tools
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
* Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership
* Interest in events, lifestyle, and hospitality industry
