Job description for Account Executive (Amazon Operation) at MEKONG COMMUNICATIONS

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the daily activities of collaborator (customer services, orders

operations…) on Amazon platform

• Assign tasks and guide collaborators in executing key operations: product listing,

order processing, and customer support

• Ensure all collaborators comply with operational procedures, internal guidelines,

and Amazon policies

• Track and analyze performance metrics (revenue, order volume, shop scores, etc.)

• Manage and ensure achievement of KPIs and operation metrics for both the shop

and individual collaborators; propose improvement actions when needed

• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

• Consolidate/ Summary platform’s regulations for collaborator

• Support in resolving operational issues related to orders, listings, inventory, and

account health

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

• Propose and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and enhance

business performance

2. Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in account/ client management, experience ECommerce platform, Amazon is a plus.

• Experience in managing policies/ regulations from E-Commerce platform

• Strong/ Flexible in communicating with internal/ external team

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and highpressure environment.

• Basic data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools is a plus.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle unexpected

situations during livestream sessions.
