As a Student Trainee, you will have the opportunity to choose tasks that align with your career development goals. Under the guidance of management, you will receive training and be supported in your career path—whether transitioning to a full-time role or pursuing a long-term teaching career.
I. Academic Development Orientation
Assist in developing course curricula, designing lesson plans, and creating slides for English courses tailored to working professionals.
Support the recruitment, training, and coordination of the teaching staff.
Monitor and ensure the quality of classes, ensuring that lessons are delivered according to AROMA’s standards and procedures.
Assist in student placement by conducting entry-level assessments and class assignments.
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
II. Teaching & Training Orientation
Conduct English placement tests for students and arrange suitable class assignments.
Organize class openings according to the center’s schedule.
Observe and evaluate classes to ensure quality standards (Overtime compensation will be provided for work outside regular hours).
Occasionally substitute for absent teachers (only when no alternative class schedules are available for both offline and online classes).
Collaborate in supporting and assisting students to ensure learning quality.
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
