- Plan, direct and coordinate human resource activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resource and maintain functions such as employee compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, personnel policies and regulatory compliance;
- Consultation, guideline for providing personal and law related services to organizational stakeholders. Continuous innovation applicable to human resource’s strategic goals;
- Years of experiences: One year
- Minimum education level: University
- Strong knowledge of principles and procedures about Personnel and Human Resources;
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique and coordination of people and resource;
- Strong knowledge of Law, legal codes, government regulations, executive order and agency rule;
- Fluent in Japanese (at least N2 level or equivalent);
