- Thưởng cuối năm cố định tháng lương 13, thưởng hiệu quả kinh doanh năm theo doanh thu sản phẩm từ 1->3+ tháng lương tùy theo khả năng đóng góp và vai trò dự án.

- Thời gian làm việc từ thứ 2 - Thứ 6 - Chủ động quản trị về hiệu suất công việc
Mô tả công việc
- Xây dựng và thiết kế kịch bản cho game
- Tham gia các quá trình đánh giá, phân tích, cân bằng game
- Phối hợp với các Game Designer khác trong dự án đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng để phát triển các tính năng, các sự kiện của game.
- Phối hợp với các Artist và Developer đảm bảo chức năng được triển khai theo thiết kế.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế các game hyper casual và có ít nhất một sản phẩm cho thị trường Âu Mỹ
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc phân tích game và nắm bắt tâm lý người chơi, xu hưởng mới của game trên thị trường
- Yêu thích chơi và làm game. Chơi nhiều và yêu thích các thể loại game trên nền tảng FB instant game.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm/kiến thức hoặc hiểu biết về các kỹ năng quản lý, quản trị team
- Tích cực và chủ động trong công việc, hòa đồng với môi trường làm việc theo nhóm.
- Có kỹ năng viết, tư duy logic và thuyết trình tốt.
- Nhiệt tình, có ý thức và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc
