Responsibilities
Plan and deliver on strategic initiatives deemed a priority by the business.
Plan, develop, and implement project management methodologies to improve quality, consistency, and transparency across the company technology portfolio of projects.
Coordinate with Blockchain engineering manager, co-lead the Engineering team, to deliver highest engineering quality to company product ecosystem.
Contribute to blockchain projects by leading the team to build highly reliable, available and scalable web-scale distributed microservices-based systems.
Plan, develop, and implement innovative technologies in all products across the company to enhance and improve the user experience and added-values for the market-leading.
Structure, manage, and develop the technical team of passionate technical professionals fostering a high-performance culture for the current state and future growth.
Establish project governance and reporting processes to ensure all engagements across the portfolio are delivered within schedule and budget.
Main responsibilities for the development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of technology platforms and solutions in blockchain applications with best practice, sustainability, and efficiency.
Requirements
BS, MS, and/or Ph.D. degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience in the software industry; 3+ years of experience in working on various technologies for large-scale, resilient, reliable, secured and cost-effective platforms. 2+ years of experience in leading or guiding project management teams of a big team size 20+ members;
2+ years of experience in working as a technical manager to lead or guide teams for translating business requirements to technical requirements, writing technical requirements, architecting applications and systems, providing technical design and infrastructure design, developing applications, collaborating with DevOps in deployment documents and coordinating with the support team for production issues.
Having 1+ solid experience in blockchain application & smartcontract development.
Experience in leading teams of technical managers, product managers, quality managers, data managers and solution architecture on several interrelated technology platforms and solutions such as ERP, CRM, DMP, eCommerce, etc.
Experience in resource management and work allocations to ensure an eighty percent plus utilization rate across the organization’s available resource pool.
Ability to work effectively, in a fast-paced environment that is transitioning from the start-up
