Mô tả công việc
Dựng model, texture, và tối ưu hóa các mô hình theo yêu cầu của từng dự án;
Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm để hoàn thành và đáp ứng được các yêu cầu của dự án:
- Highpoly: sử dụng Zbrush, 3DSMax, Maya, Blender, Marvelous Design (không bắt buộc).
- Lowpoly: sử dụng 3DSMax, Maya.
- Texture: sử dụng Substaince Painter.
- Render: sử dụng Marmoset Toolbag hoặc UE4 (không bắt buộc).
Tối ưu hóa poly theo yêu cầu của từng dự án;
Thực hiện theo kế hoạch và deadline hoàn thành đặt ra bởi PM, Leader, Giám đốc để tạo ra sản phẩm trong thời gian yêu cầu;
Đóng góp hiệu quả vào quy trình làm việc, đề xuất các cải tiến để đẩy nhanh và tăng hiệu quả dự án;
Trao đổi, tương tác, phối hợp chặt chẽ với Art Leader, Art Director, Team 2D và 3D để hoàn thành dự án tốt nhất;
Tham gia các cuộc họp, thảo luận về các dự án, đánh giá sản phẩm;
Nhận phản hồi từ PM, Leaders, và Giám Đốc, đề xuất ý tưởng;
Thực hiện 100% yêu cầu chỉnh sửa file, xử lý sự cố phát sinh theo yêu cầu của PM, Leaders, và Giám Đốc;
Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao liên quan tới các dự án bởi PM, Leaders, và Giám Đốc;
Sẵn sàng chia sẻ kiến thức, hỗ trợ đào tạo đối với các thành viên khác trong công ty;
Chịu trách nhiệm đối với việc quản lý chất lượng, tiến độ dự án được giao.
Yêu cầu công việc
Ưu tiên ứng viên có hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong các công ty gia công/ tham gia các dự án 3D games;
Ưu tiên ứng viên theo Style Realistic hoặc Stylized chất lượng AAA, hoặc đang theo Art style khácn nhưng có mong muốn theo Realistic.
Sử dụng thành thạo Zbrush, 3DSMax/ Maya, Substance Painter.
Có khả năng thích nghi tốt, có gu thẩm mĩ, có kiến thức về phối cảnh & bố cục màu sắc;
Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, thái độ chuyên nghiệp & yêu thích công việc;
Khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm;
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt;
Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian xuất sắc.
