我們昕力資訊是一家規模超過550+人的B2B跨國軟體設計與開發公司，主要提供企業軟體建置與顧問服務，專精於AI智能客服機器人、Fintech與數位銀行、行動壽險、行動App應用、大數據等系統解決方案，並擁有多項自有產品，經營據點跨足台北、新竹、台中、台南、高雄、新加坡及越南。
在現在這個數位轉型的大時代中，為了提供更專業的服務及產品，我們需要優秀的專案經理加入我們的團隊！
【專案經理的工作內容會包含什麼？】
負責領導專案團隊，將公司產品或解決方案如期如預算的成功交付給客戶，工作事項如下：
1. 專案時程規劃與掌控，進度控制與追蹤、文件撰寫等
2. 專案系統功能、架構之規劃與執行，包含與內外部客戶溝通、技術討論與簡報等
3. 整理與搜集專案流程/需求新增與變更的資訊
4. 專案風險控管與排除
5. 專案進度的分析與彙整，並提交專案進度報告
6. 專案完成後的項目驗收與測試
7. 規劃及協調專案團隊成員的工作事項
8. 專案結案後進行專案分析簡報，例如整理專案開發經驗與改善方案等
【我們期望您擁有的特質】
- 人際溝通能力：必須能夠與不同工作職務和不同特質的人相處融洽、與團隊合作無間。
- 高度團隊意識：願意以團隊目標為優先，同時也尊重團隊夥伴有不同的意見。
- 邏輯思辨能力：能夠快速分析每個執行方案的優缺點、可行的替代方案。
- 自主學習能力：積極主動學習相關產業的domain know-how及工作上所需技能。
【我們希望您具備的技能】
1. 良好的溝通協調能力且具高抗壓性。
2. 三年以上軟體開發專案管理實務經驗。
3. 三年以上SA或SD實務經驗。
【加分項目】
1. 有領導過大型專案經驗佳。
2. 有軟體產業、金融產業相關經驗者佳。
