Job description for 創意指導助理（Assistant Creative Director） at Loftwork_樂與股份有限公司
- 依專案需求協助設計與客戶、創作者交流的活動，執行田野調查、使用者訪談、工作坊
- 彙整研究與調查找到新洞察
- 為專案設定強而有力的方向與解決方案
- 完成目標的項目管理
- 活動、社群、徵件項目的企劃
- 協助各種服務項目的規劃和指導（網站、APP、影片、印刷物、產品、空間）
- 你將負責專案執行期間客戶關係與期望管理，包括簽訂合約和日常溝通。
- 依據專案規模規劃專案時程 (WBS)、管理預算與外包費用。
- 安排日程與時間管理能力，有效率的在指定期限內交付內容。
- 作為團隊的一員，你將協助計劃和執行活動、經營 Loftwork 媒體資源與策略和客戶關係管理
- 設計調查
- 了解各種市場調查的方法，並能夠妥善收集必要情報
- 品牌策略規劃
- 理解亞洲、台灣的當代潮流，能以文字和視覺手法傳達客戶的企業價值或產品的價值
- 設計技巧
- 了解專案設計、互動設計、使用者體驗設計或服務設計的技巧。
- 空間設計
- 有策劃展覽的經驗、展覽場地規劃與設計的概念與能力
- 內容製作
- 情報編輯參與網路媒體或實體刊物之企劃及製作的經驗
- 資訊內容的企劃、撰寫與製作的能力。
- 能夠以英文或日文順暢的溝通（日文檢定建議N2以上或同等程度）
- 曾擔任活動企劃或專案負責人（不限工作產業）
- 在以往工作經驗中曾負責專案管理人（Project manager）
- 曾參加過由多個企業共同合作的專案執行
- 擁有操作Photoshop / Illustrator等Adobe設計軟體的基本技巧。
- 工作中將使用Google Suite、Slack、Docbase、Miro等團隊協作軟體。（相關知識非必要，可在工作中學習）
