📷 Mellori organized a Team Building for 3 days and 2 nights in Nha Trang. All members had moments of relaxation and fun. Teambuilding is one of the activities held every year and it is one of the traditional cultures in the Mellori.
📷 We usually have outside activities such as bowling, BBQ party, and lunch (greeting newcomers) in which our experiences, values, and stories are shared together. It can be said that these occasions work as the tool that connects the relationship between colleagues. 😋
📷 With the motto "Work hard - Play hard", Mellori members participated in team games. Each game brought all the members a good laugh. Furthermore, in the games, the spirit of solidarity among the members is further enhanced. In addition, the games have created conditions for members to express their personality, intelligence, and sense of humor. 😊
📷 When it comes to members’ birthdays, Mellori team prepares cake, and gifts and celebrates a party. After that, we play board games like The Werewolves Of Millers Hollow, Finding Hitler,… 😉
📷 As a tradition, Mellori members have a presentation on Friday 😮 Because of the random topic, we can learn various knowledge and new things.
📷 We try to make our offices feel like art studios with our favorite paintings to keep us inspired. (😄 Our favorite artist is Vincent van Gogh)
📷 At the Christmas party, exchanging presents is our tradition 😊 Moreover, we sit together and listen to each other stories.
