Our company had a humble beginning when our founder, Van Nguyen returned to Vietnam after many years of studying and working in the U.S. He found that many young Vietnamese were very talented and excellent in their fields. However, many struggle to work in multinational companies, mainly due to English and soft skills. He found SmartR English to apply the blended learning method to improve English for young professionals.
After many years of experience in organizing and creating English training programs tailored to individuals and organizations, SmartR realized that the challenge of the labor workforce in Vietnam and in the South East Asia region is beyond the language barriers. In 2020 during the year of COVID, the company reinvented itself to adapt to the needs of our customers.
