PT Sinkona Indonesia Lestari was established in October 25th 1986. The ownership of the company is shared between PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, a renowned state owned pharmaceutical company, with PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I (Persero), also a state owned company of agriculture sector as its core business.
