We are looking for a Warehouse Staffto help run our warehouse efficiently and according to safety guidelines.
Warehouse Staff responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the right orders on time.
Below are the Job Responsibilities to be carried out ;
· Plan deliveries based customer requests and track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
· Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery and strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
· Maintain updated records of orders from suppliers and customers, also liaise with clients and transport companies.
· Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system by producing reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
· Able to orient, coach and motivate employees.
Qualifications:
· Male, max 35 years.
· Work experience as a Warehouse Staff, Hub Staff or similar role for at least 1 to 2 years.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Good communication skills.
· Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
· Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
· Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
· Must be willing to work in North Jakarta Area.
