Aeris Beaute WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR 工作職責
Tanggung Jawab:
· Bertanggung jawab atas catatan administrasi persediaan barang
· Bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan bongkar muat inventory
· Bertanggung jawab atas ketepatan laporan gudang
· Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan barang dan label barang
· Mengatur penempatan barang berdasarkan kelompok di gudang
· Melakukan perhitungan barang sesuai data dan fisik setiap bulan (monthly update)
· Mendistribusikan pengiriman
· Menjamin keamanan gudang dan kualitas barang tersimpan
· Memelihara kelayakan gudang
· Bertanggung jawab dalam pengiriman barang baik ke Marketplace, Reseller, Consignee dan kebutuhan Sales Perusahaan
· Melakukan kegiatan packing produk
· Mengatur dan menata barang di gudang
· Menghitung dan memeriksa barang tiba
· Melaksanakan kegiatan perpindahan/serah terima antar gudang/divisi
Persyaratan:
• Wanita, usia Max. 35tahun.
• Pendidikan Min. Diploma / Strata.
• Pengalaman e-commrece beauty minimal 2 tahun dibidang Kecantikan.
• Memiliki integritas, loyalitas dan dedikasi yang tinggi kepada perusahaan
• Mampu dan lancar mengoperasikan komputer Ms. Office, Adobe Photoshop dan Adobe Illustrator
• Berjiwa mandiri dan mampu bekerja dengan team
• Bersedia bekerja di hari libur nasional dan atau weekend.
• Dalam bekerja memiliki kerapian, teliti, cekatan & jujur
