Miniletics is a start-up sports apparel company that sells goods directly to consumers through the internet (E-Commerce). We are building a brand through digital channel. At first, when we sell badminton equipment and apparel, people thought that ‘toko online’ was not a thing. From a ‘toko online’ to a ‘Direct to Consumer Brand Company’, miniletics is constantly evolving. Our goal is to make our own brand to be known as an Indonesian brand that is internationally acknowledged and recognized not only as a sports brand but also a household brand.
Are you our next Warehouse Admin? You love administration and oversee the management of stock within an organisation. You will assist in receiving, issuing and dispatching stock, and handling communication between factory,company and warehouse customers.Sound like you?
Here's the Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock.
Communicate with factory, company anda warehouse customers.
Handle database system.
Manage the products First in First out.
Processing receipts from customer.
Processing return products and documentation.
Taking records and documenting the details of all orders.
Assist Superior to organise warehouse team.
Manage occupational health and safety procedures and book times for incoming deliveries.
Assist with general duties within the warehouse.
Qualification:
* Education background min. D3 Administration from reputable university or Bachelor Degree of Management
* Min 1 year experience in administration, fresh graduated are welcome to apply
* Have a good knowledge in administration, management skills and communication skills
* Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Excel, knowledge of warehouse system is a plus
* Detail oriented, strong administration skills and must be accurate
* Ability to adapt to fast start-up environment, learn quickly, and work under minimum supervision
* Manage workload while working across multiple tasks
* Ability to thrive in an ever-changing and energetic environment
* Good organization skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Ability to plan and manage time effectively
