- Plan, design and conduct high-quality user research, including methods such as:
Interview, Fieldwork, Usability Test, Data Analysis, and similar approaches.
- Provide insight to the team based on researching user behavior and needs.
Convert research findings into actionable results.
- Work closely with design, product management and develop to define the
next step of product concepts and solutions.
- Synthesize research findings from other data sources (including our partners
and data mining) into meaningful recommendations and actionable items.

- MA/MS degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction,
Statistics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 years of experience in an applied research setting. Have the ability
to plan and execute research and work independently.
- With keen observation and flexible thinking, able to adapt quickly and willing
to accept new challenges.
- Good Chinese/English expression and communication skills.

- 至少1年以上的UX相關應用研究經驗,具備規劃與執行研究的能力並能獨立作業。
