Job description for UX Designer at Sqkii
- Performing in-depth research in order to create effective user personas, information architecture and user journeys
- Tackling clients’ product requirements with comprehensive UX design strategies, by applying gamer psychology and human-centered design principles
- Producing high quality UX design work, including, user flow diagram, site maps, wireframes and prototypes (both in paper & digital formats)
- Conveying your vision for the final digital product through sketches, storyboards and moodboards
- Working closely with game designers, developers, copywriters, UI designers and other stakeholders to produce high quality games
- (Bonus) Conducting tests for digital products at all stages of planning in order to analyse and predict user behaviour
- Knowledge of UX processes and usability design principles
- Strong understanding of hierarchy and layout design principles
- Understanding of game navigation and common UI patterns
- The ability to synthesise user research into UX design insights
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation abilities
- A high degree of self-motivation
- High attention to details
- Confidence, resilience, persistence
- Experience in game design would be a plus
