Job description for UX Designer at MIFX Indonesia
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. identify user's pain point).
- Planning and participating in ongoing usability testing and assessment.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams.
- Conduct user interface and experience adjustments based on feedback.
- Collaborating with the product, tech, other stakeholders teams, and also customers to collect, understand, and define requirements.
- Producing the right design deliverables at the right time to enable the product and tech team.
- Experience in a wide variety of UX Design methods and tools including planning - conceptual ideas, user flows, user story maps, design thinking, low-fidelity design, high-fidelity design, design systems, accessibility in design, and prototyping.
- Taking a data-driven approach to visual and interaction design decisions.
- Testing that design solutions through usability testing methods such as unmoderated testing, moderated testing, product analytics data, and A/B testing.
- Align with other teams to ensure that your research will have an impact on users, business goals, and the organization.
- Adapting and innovating research methodologies and sharing with the team to help enrich the team’s skills and expertise.
- Work closely with the Product Team in delivering the Product Requirement Documentation.
- Grow product metrics, contribute to strategic decisions.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the tech team.
- Cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, Emails) with knowledge about platform advantages and limitations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI along with proven past work experience as a UX/UI or similar role with deep understanding of the Human Centered Design methodology.
- Has a bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, engineering, social science, or any related subject.
- Have a portfolio of design projects.
- Having a good taste in design and expertise with design programs such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Maze.
- Having knowledge to code is a plus (HTML, CSS).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, excellent storyteller and problem solving skills.
- Growth mindset to always learning and upgrading yourself.
- Ability to be Independent, agile and flexible in adapting in a dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of the investment / financial sector, is a plus (Forex, stock, crypto, stock, etc).
