Requirements :
- An Urban Design / Urban Planning / Architecture / Landscape Architecture bachelor degree background with minimum GPA 3.50 out of 4.00.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microsoft office. Ability to operate Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, V-Ray/Lumion is preferred.
- Knowledge in site-planning, traffic planning, and macro analysis. Basic knowledge in landscape planning will be an advantage.
- Able to draw and to explain design ideas and evolution of a concept, both in micro and macro scale of masterplan.
- Minimum of 1 year in practice required/fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Some evidence of previous work experience in designing a masterplan/site plan is preferred.
- Strong design skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- A keen interest in both design and real estate environment.
- Good communication, including fluent spoken and written English.
- Enjoy working both in a team environment and individual.
