PT. AA International Indonesia was founded in 19 December 2007, a leading assistance company in Indonesia for more than a decade. Starting on 2020, we came with a new brand, Across Asia Assist (AAA) and became the head office for the regional branch offices. It was started with a simple purpose in mind –to bring assistance to the customer’s doorstep, or shall we say it in today’s lingo, to provide assistance at the stroke of a key.
AAA didn’t start from scratch. The co-founders have over 10 years of experience in the assistance industry. They started with passion to serve and a vision to build better services. They saw the opportunity and with the know-how, they aim to achieve seamless efficiency and ensure customized solutions for the customers.

At AAA, it is our aim to be the industry’s number one choice for an assistance provider, applying advanced technology without compromising human interaction and at the same time, continuously learn and improvise based on customer feedback.
Gearing towards being an emergency assistance provider, AAA is responsible to ensure optimum response performance, resource availability and top service quality to its members. With this objective in mind, AAA has invested in its own fleet of ground ambulances under the brand name AAA Regal Ambulance. AAA Regal Ambulance now has a fleet of 5 ambulances with a team of highly trained paramedics, operating throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore.
Through our 24×7 contact center and operational team, AAA provides a range of services such as healthcare services, medical assistance, travel assistance, roadside assistance, concierge services, second medical opinion, and many more.
