Job description for UI / UX Specialist (Entry Level) at Coachvantage
- Create an innovative and intuitive user experience for the web application, following human-centered methodology and design principles
- Design and validate new features and functionalities, using prototyping tools to create mock ups and flow diagrams
- Help to create UI/UX wireframes, mock ups, and final designs across all desktop, mobile and tablet devices
- Improve upon designs through user testing and customer feedback
- Assisting in the creation of a design system and product documentation
- Communicate with Product Managers and Developers to effectively translate features into a functional application
- Entry level position for candidates with 0-2 years of experience
- Relevant certifications in UI/UX design, preferably having gone through an immersive course in user-centered design
- Proficient in tools such as Figma to design high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, and Miro for process flows
- Good understanding of SaaS web applications
- Tech savvy
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communicator in English with the ability to communicate concepts and present articulately
- This is a full-time role but part-time arrangement is possible
