Job description for UI/UX Designer at Pt Solubis Sukses Gemilang
- Present the outstanding design with the user’s needs in mind
- Build a prototype and do design testing
- Build UI Component on Design System
- Identify basic design process: research, ideation, user journey.
- Create pixel-perfect design implementation
- Determine the interface style, best practices, and standards
- Maintain quality of UI output after development
- Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Designers, Engineers, and Product Owners)
- Collaborate with researchers to plan and conduct research in order to gather insights or validate hypothesis and design solutions
- Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data as parameters to be documented on the design decisions
- Proactively improve and develop new processes/systems with a good balance between new trends and product requirements
- Showcase design works to design stakeholders
- Drive collaboration using co-design & workshop processes involving different stakeholders to solve user problems
- Share ideas with Product Owners and the business team to solve user-related problems.
- Bachelor's Degree from Visual Communication Design/ related field, but impressive portfolio matters more with minimum IPK/ GPA of 2.75 (out of a maximum of 4)
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience as UI Designer, preferably in E-commerce marketplace / Online Learning Platform
- Deep understanding of design process
- Excellent with design tools (such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Prototyping tools ( such as InVision, Marvel, etc.)
- The ability to operate Adobe after-effects are preferable
- Deep Understanding Android & iOS behavior
- Good typography skills, structural design, and information architecture
- Deep understanding of company brand
- A team player type of person, experienced in working with agile teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially on balancing design aesthetic and product needs
- Capable to set design direction
- Able to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc.
- Up-to-date knowledge about trends and various aspects of digital product design
- Good story-telling ability to showcase design works and processes to the stakeholders
- Deep understanding of product metrics framework, ability to read and interpret data
