工作內容
Responsibilities:
- Creating an optimal experience for the user when they interact with our digital platform
- Study and understanding user journeys, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability findings
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Incorporating user journey and enable the user to achieve their desired tasks with minimal effort
- Communicate & cooperate with the IT department
- Report to Curriculum Director
Requirements:
- Analytical and detailed
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Has a good command of the English language
- Proficient in using wireframe tools and design software
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information architecture or relevant field
- Experience with programming, UI/UX design or similar role
