- Prepares and maintains documentations that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Talent Acquisition department.
- Collects and maintains candidates’ personnel files for pre-onboard process on system.
- Supports & records Talent Acquisition department’s expenses, office administration relevant.
- Supports all activities relating to Talent Acquisition function (E.g Employer Branding events or Recruitment support).
- Scheduling interview appointments/ conferences/ meetings for Talent Acquisition department as necessary
- Secretary assistance to Head of Talent Acquisition all paper works/ Talent Acquisition administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economy preferred.
- 1-year experience at the same position preferred, having knowledge and interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Understands HR Administration works, HR process in general.
- Well-organized skill.
- Time management/ Planning.
- Detail oriented.
