- Receiving and analyzing the Client requirements and coordinating with internal Departments in order to propose a proper solution/ service to meet Clients’ needs.
- Scheduling meetings, calls, surveys, and other Client-engagement activities under the Client Success Team plan.
- In charge of following and updating procedures related to Contract and Quotation, Bidding Proposal, New Client Onboarding, Project Implementation, and Change Management.
- Main in charge of contract renewal procedure: work with relevant Dept. to review Profit & Loss, negotiate on the Pricing, Contract review & other procedure of renewal as client request and Company policy.
- Researching the market and updating information in the same field (prices, policies, market news, trends..).
- Making plans based on criteria and orientations of the Client Success Team.
- Other jobs as assigned by Line Manager.

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the equivalent position or project management.
- Client-centric Oriented mindset.
- Presentation Skill.
- Ability to negotiate and want to develop negotiating skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Advance English: especially in Reading & Writing.
