Responsibilities:
1. Conduct operational training programs for customer service, sales and personal trainers
2. Conduct new hire training for new joiners
3. Follow up training programs effectiveness by giving assessments to operational staff
4. Track and document training attendance and completion
5. Make sure the sales and service flow are aligned with the standard
6. Oversee general administrative duties such as coordinating training schedules, locations and sending invitations to all attendees
7. Work closely with training manager to create new programs based on training needs analysis from all clubs
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree
2. Required skills: training delivery, develop training module, good presentation skills, and Microsoft Power Point
3. At least 1 (one) year of working experience in related field is required in this position
4. Applicants must be willing to travel within Jabodetabek and outside Jabodetabek
5. Applicants must be passionate in fitness
6. Having knowledge in fitness industry is preferable
7. Innovative, creative, good organizational and time management
