JOB SUMMARY :
- Identify training development needs within an organization through job analysis
- Arrange schedule training for all employee based on training calendar event
- Monitor the implementation improvement activities (design, develop creative, interactive learning content for remote and classroom training including lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, videos, practical exercises, engaging activities, training handouts, interactive eLearning
- Responsible for the training evaluation performance
