Better Tomorrow Tiktok Livestream Host 工作職責
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for hosting live streams in Tiktok with a duration of 4 hours/day and 7 days/week
- Plan and execute livestream plan (script and content)
- Master product knowledge of Better Tomorrow's products to be promoted in the live stream and manage product displays
- Create engaging content for livestream sessions, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and interactive engagement with the audience
- Analyse livestream performance metrics, viewer engagement data, and sales conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimize livestream strategies
- Pay attention to the trend of live streaming & short video industry,
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets as a contribution to driving revenue
- Create a live stream sales report
Requirements & Experiences :
- Female, minimum education SMK, minimum age 17 years old
- Previous experience as a live stream host (preferably in the fashion industry)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies specifically for Livestream including product promotions, flash sales, cross-selling, and upselling techniques
- Understand sustainable fashion concepts
- Willingness to promote activewear products
- Have good sales skills and have field control ability in Lives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with viewers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing live streaming trends, audience preferences, and emerging technologies, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during livestream sessions
- Have basic data analysis capabilities, be sensitive to numbers, and can review after each live stream
- Skilled in operating the TikTok system, tracking various problems in the live room, being patient and careful
- Can join immediately & work at Alam Sutera, Tangerang
