MSBU Telesales/Telemarketing Representative 工作職責

We are looking for a young enthusiastic talent that is ready to be groomed as a top Telesales/Telemarketing Representative professional.
Telesales/Telemarketing plays a critical role in growing our business. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients and set the tone for the client experience. Your main focus will be outbound prospecting to generate new and qualified leads, as well as prospect follow-up for our Business Development team. Responsibilities
  • Join team leadership to execute the outbound prospecting strategy, as well as to fill and maintain a healthy Top of Funnel (ToFu) pipeline.
  • Create a great first impression to our prospective clients by providing them with a meaningful experience and overview of our value.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of all things about MSBU to educate potential clients on the value of our services.
  • Maintain active engagement with new leads through creative & compelling follow-ups.
  • Deliver a discipline and consistent daily prospecting reach to closely achieve our ToFu target.

Requirements
  • Female only
  • Fully remote (WFH)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in SDR/Telesales/Telemarketing
  • previously from tech/IT company is more preferred
  • Available for min 3 months period of internship
  • Currently in 3rd, 4th year of university (fresh graduates or experienced are welcome to apply as long as agree to accept the terms
  • Interested to learn about sales at a B2B startup environment
  • Able to work with data and details in fast pace environment
  • Have a persuasive communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa
  • Resourceful, highly initiative and self-driven
  • Fast learner, and posses a disicpline execution mindset to follow our SOP
  • Have ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable to work with target
