Job Despription
We are looking for a hustler, a doer, and a professional team player to join our vibrant company, Everplate Kitchens. You will perform and work in collaboration under the Facility Management Team to do a range of tasks including providing technical support to facility staff and members in an effort to minimize the disruption of operations due to a reduction in the availability or quality of IT resources.
What you will do
- Day-to-Day Tech Operations Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Work with the International team to share issues and resolve problems
- Tech Onboarding Responsibilities:
- Support Onboarding/Facility team lead in terms of technical onboarding
- Train Onboarding/Facility team in terms of technical resolution
- Collaborate with customers in terms of technical onboarding requirements
- Coordinate with internal members in terms of the technical onboarding process
- Work with more members in the organization to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing across hubs and countries
What you will need
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in a technical field if no relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in technology disciplines
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues is a MUST
- Ability to communicate in English is a MUST
- Ability to be flexible in work schedule including being punctual and able to work extended hours as needed.
- Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets and create Dashboard effectively would be a PLUS
- Experience with both Windows and Mac platforms
- Experience with standard AV and kitchen tech equipment and troubleshooting.
- Proactive and resourceful when problem-solving, with a general curiosity to learn
- Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment (be an owner)
- Great team player and proven communication skills
- Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools is useful but not essential
