• Determining technical requirements and developing work schedules for the team in the area of Credit Lens Software Implementation, Data Migration, and Systems Integration including decommissioning of legacy systems
• Conduct assessment of customer's existing systems
• Responsible for understanding customer needs in the area of corporate/commercial/small medium enterprise loan management, credit risk assessment, including risk rating processes, portfolio monitoring, management and credit
administration among others.
• Leading the technical team, by delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Liaising with the team
members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and implementation of assigned tasks, Work with the Functional team leads and Product Owner on the technical and architectural direction of projects.
• Collaborate with product, research, advisory, and customer success teams to align principal solutions to industry trends and challenges.
• Participate in several aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Able to work well within the constructs of an agile development process
• Knowledge of various software testing methods (Regression, Load/Stress, Code Coverage Analysis, Black/White box testing, Acceptance, Performance and Penetration Testing).
• Interact with internal users to define system/technical requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Research, analyze, design and deliver solutions that are appropriate for business and application development strategies. Assist in designing and developing new projects and enhancements based on evolving business needs
