About This Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our regional People team. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to build a world-class Engineering and Product team at Glints by attracting and acquiring exceptional A-players.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Anchor the Engineering and Product hiring engine
- Develop a deep understanding of the roles and markets that you will be hiring for in order to build healthy candidate pipelines
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to hire quality candidates in a timely manner
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimally 3 years of experience in technical recruiting with regional exposure
- Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles and skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process
- A team player with a keen sense of mission and embodies our RIIBCOH values
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Objective-driven, highly adaptable and personally organised
- Analytical and enjoys working with data
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
